LightninTM required a high-volume electronics store capable of handling thousands of SKUs. Speed and inventory sync were the primary requirements. They needed a checkout flow optimized for mobile conversions.

We deployed a custom Shopify architecture with automated inventory sync. We optimized the checkout process to reduce cart abandonment and implemented a "Related Products" algorithm to increase average order value.
